As we get closer to the event, a map of the floor plan of our new hall location will be sent out to all exhibitors for booth location selection.
Spaces are confirmed and assigned on a first paid basis with priority given to Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsors.
Exhibitor Cancellation & Refund Policy: Organic Connections hopes that organizations that book a trade show booth will be able to attend. However, we recognize that extenuating circumstances do occur. Organic Connections refund policy is as follows:
- Exhibitor space cancelled before August 31, 2024 is refundable but subject to a $150 administrative fee
- Exhibitor space cancelled after September 1, 2024 will not receive a refund
- The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived In the event Organic Connections must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Organic Connections will refund the cost of registration. However Organic Connections does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, but not limited to, expenses incurred for travel and lodging.
